- Health Insurance - Murray County has a self-funded medical plan. Luminare Health is the third-party administrator who processes claims for Murray County. The health insurance network is Cigna. Claims questions and issues can be addressed to Christy Capehart in the Employee Benefits Department at (706) 517-1400 ext. 1243.
