- Item A: BIOENERGY PROCESSING FACILITY: Proposed construction and operation of a Bioenergy Processing Facility to be located at 3845 Berry Bennett Road within Murray County, Georgia.
Note: The purpose of the hearing is to provide information to the public regarding the project and to receive comments and questions from residents and interested parties. All members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend. The Commissioner will be available following the meeting for questions or comments.
