Piney Hill Road will be closed to through traffic beginning October 30th at the 1200 block. Both ends of the road will still be accessible during this closure that is expected to last 30 days. Detour signage will be posted showing the reroute. The Road is being closed for culvert repair and maintenance where Yellow Creek flows under Piney Hill Road. The project is being funded through The United States Fish and Wildlife Service and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to improve aquatic organism passage in Yellow Creek. This will improve County infrastructure while also benefiting wildlife within the County.
